Privacy Policy

Last updated 30 July 2026

This page is maintained by the Norvexa team to explain, in plain English, what data Norvexa collects and how it is used. It describes the app as it exists today and is updated when the product changes.

What we collect

  • Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name.
  • Product data you create: watchlists, portfolios and holdings, saved analyses, and your search history inside the app.
  • Preferences: display currency and email notification settings.
  • Subscription state: your plan, status and renewal date. Card and bank details are never stored by Norvexa — they are handled entirely by our payment providers.

How we use it

Your data is used to operate the product: to sign you in, to sync your watchlist and portfolios across devices, to generate AI briefings for the assets you look at, and to apply free and premium usage limits. We do not sell your personal data.

AI processing

Asset names and market data are sent to our AI provider to generate summaries. We do not send your email address, portfolio values or other personal identifiers as part of those requests. AI output is informational only and is not investment advice.

Storage and security

Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security, so each record is readable only by the account that owns it. Traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.

Third parties we rely on

  • Authentication and database hosting (managed cloud infrastructure)
  • Market data providers for live prices
  • An AI provider for generated summaries
  • Payment providers for subscription billing

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your profile, watchlists, portfolios, saved analyses and preferences.
